Introversion and Extroversion

Introverts and extroverts have different approaches to errors, conflicts, and changes. Conflict styles impact how you deal with issues, problems, and risks. They enjoy testing the waters, taking risks, exploring new problems, testing out different solutions. 

Introverted types are the most centered and mindful when they can be evaluative, while extroverted types are the most centered and mindful when they can be explorative. They prefer to think before they speak. They enjoy predicting what will happen and explaining how the world works before they make a decision.
