Health

Health in Neojungian Typology can be divided into three parts. First, we have four states, which measure your sub-type and behavioral changes. Certain kinds of behavior can force you into mental states which considerably lower your motivation and energy, as well as harm your focus and make you less mindful, which means you should get started by finding out if you are currently in a negative mental state. Secondly, it's important to monitor that you are being able to express all your worldview-related needs in a healthy manner. If you pursue some needs at the cost of others, your worldview related health may slip, and you may begin expressing your worldview in a negative way. Lastly, temperament related health is somewhat interrelated with worldview health, it impacts how you express your worldview and your needs to others - so you can think of them as your emotional tendencies.

States & their health

States are a way to regulate dopamine in the striatal and prefrontal regions manually. Teachers will experience the most changes in states and behavior of all temperaments. Fighters will experience the least changes in mood and behavior. Leaders and Explorers will moderately often experience changes in their emotional states and their behavior.

- I currently feel energized and motivated.
- I can fairly accurately remember things that have happened recently.
- I feel mindful of my emotions and where I am right now.
- I pay attention to the people and the actions around me.

I am in a stable state right now:
- My thoughts are extremely focused on a particular topic.
- I have an incredibly strong memory within my area of interest.
- I lack motivation and energy outside my current area of focus.
- I feel extremely sharp and strong.

I am in a hyperactive state right now:
- I struggle to pay attention.
- I struggle to remember recent actions.
- I feel emotionally intense.
- I feel high on energy and somewhat restless.

I am in a passive state right now:
- I am unfocused and lack interest.
- I lack motivation and energy.
- I find it hard to push myself to get work done.

How to diagnose & improve worldview health.

Read extensive articles on worldview health here.

Abstract processes cause us to experience instincts such as fear or curiosity, a desire for novel experiences. Concrete instincts cause us to experience instincts such as anger or satisfaction, a desire to maintain, to restore, and to repeat old patterns. Organic emotions cause us to seek out pleasant or positive experiences and to deal with unpleasant or negative experiences. Mechanic emotions cause us to seek tasks, jobs, and power, as well as to deal with anxiety and a lack of confidence. An inability to listen to or trust your instincts or emotions, will cause your health to drop. Negative experiences or bad performance will decrease your emotional health. When your worldview health drops, you may experience less authentic emotions or more negative behavior. When we can learn to express our worldviews in a positive way we can improve our success and our emotional well-being.
