Thanks for linking my site!
It is a work in progress / under heavy construction, but I get spurred on to flesh it out as people ask me questions, so please ask you have any!

Hi, do you have any links to definitions for Wi and We? I like those concepts a lot.

If I understand the website descriptions correctly, W stands for webbing, and it's a process that those with Ne and Si share. Si is introverted webbing, and Ne is extroverted webbing, The alternative to webbing is mapping, which is what Ni and Se does. Ni is ofcourse introverted mapping, and Se extroverted mapping. So the innovative thing about MindFacets is that he has more of a quadrant-based way of organizing the types, emphasising the similarities between Si and Ne, vs Se and Ni rather than the similarities between Ni and Ne.

Hmm then I understood it wrong. So Mi and We are equivalent to Ni and Ne. Wi and Me are equivalent to Si and Se.
inStancing = Sensing
relatiNg = Intuition
W = Webbing
M = Mapping
i = Introverted focus
e = Extroverted focus
Webbing + Extroverted focus = We = Ne
Webbing + Introverted focus = Wi = Si
Mapping + Extroverted focus = Me = Se
Mapping + Introverted focus = Mi = Ni
