    • "What appears to be the case is that the environmental changes when practised long enough can cause epigenetic changes, i.e we can build and improve our IQ, EQ, or our sensitivity (or tolerance) which cause noticeable improvements in our overall performance, health, and energy. It however takes many, many generations before epigenetic changes can trumf our hard-coded genetics.Emotions, epigenetics and genetics are very interrelated. An Intellectual type with high fluid IQ will require more intellectual stimulation and more complexity, but so will an Empathic type with high fluid IQ. However, Intellectual types are hard-wired to gain the most motivation and awareness from intellectually-stimulating environments, while a high IQ Empathic type will be hard wired to thrive in an empathic, emotionally stimulating environment, IQ, EQ, Social competence, and HSP merely impacts the base level/activities necessary to gain intellectual/emotional stimulation."
